The Industry Veteran Brings Over 13 Years of Commercial Real Estate Expertise to the Firm’s Retail Leasing Team
MIAMI, FL, August 25, 2026 — Southeast Centers has announced the hiring of Nick Brown as a Regional Leasing Manager in the South Florida market.
Brown will leverage his extensive commercial real estate experience to help Southeast Centers develop new business while also serving as a landlord representative for firm’s growing portfolio of premier retail properties, ground-up developments, and grocery-anchored shopping centers.
Brown has more than 13 years of experience managing large-scale retail, office, and warehouse portfolios. He most recently served as Director of Leasing for Southern Management & Development, where he oversaw a portfolio of over 30 properties throughout Florida, Tennessee, and Indiana. Brown began his commercial real estate career in Boca Raton, Florida, with Investments Limited, managing a 3.5 million-square-foot portfolio.
Throughout his career, Brown has successfully completed transactions with major national and regional retailers, including Publix, Winn-Dixie, Presidente, Ulta, Marshalls, Harbor Freight, Tractor Supply, Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Bealls Outlet, SunTrust, Chase, and Dunkin’ Donuts. His broad expertise spans landlord representation, tenant representation, strategic leasing, and development.

Originally from Boston, Brown attended Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, where he earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in International Finance while playing baseball for the Fighting Knights. Brown is a Licensed Sales Associate in the State of Florida and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
