Director of Leasing Nolan Collier was Named Leasing Advisor for the Miramar Neighborhood Center
MIAMI, FL, August 17, 2026 — Southeast Centers has been named the exclusive leasing advisor for Monarch Town Center, a ±161,050 square-foot neighborhood retail plaza in Miramar, Florida.
Property owner PGIM Real Estate retained Southeast Centers to lease the center, which was developed in 2020 at 12681 Miramar Parkway. Southeast Centers’ Director of Leasing Nolan Collier will serve as leasing agent for the property.
The center is situated at the northwest corner of Miramar Parkway and Flamingo Road in Broward County, a location that sees a combined ±77,000 Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT). The surrounding area is experiencing dynamic growth with more than 1,000 multifamily units under construction or proposed within a one-mile radius.
Monarch Town Center is anchored by a ±43,387-square-foot Publix as well as Ross, Five Below, and Planet Fitness. Other notable tenants include Verizon, Great Clips, Plato’s Closet, Sanitas, Smoothie King, BurgerFi, Chipotle, AutoZone, and Popeyes. The center is currently 97.0 percent leased with availabilities ranging from 1,892 square feet to a 3,100 square feet endcap space.
